Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your new plush friend right to your doorstep.
Product & Care
What are your plush pillows made of? We use high-quality, non-toxic materials. The outer layer is usually a soft spandex or plush fabric, and the inside is stuffed with premium PP cotton or down cotton for that signature AlveronVirelia "squish."
How do I clean my plush pillow? To keep your pillow fluffy and clean, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, most of our plushies can be machine washed on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag and air dried. Once dry, give it a good pat to restore its shape!
Do the pillows arrive vacuum-sealed? Yes, to ensure they stay clean and protected during shipping, some pillows arrive vacuum-sealed. Once you open the package, give your pillow 24-48 hours (and a few good hugs!) to expand to its full, fluffy size.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your new companion. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
